END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE
Important - read carefully:

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ExtBytes Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
TRIAL VERSION

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is "try-before-you-buy" software. Unregistered copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT can be only used for evaluational purposes during the trial period. At the end of the trial period you must either purchase a license to continue using the software, or remove it from your system.
LICENSED VERSION
==================================================

On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. Registration gives you the right to use the program after the trial period, receive technical support and use features available only for registered users.
RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

You may not sublicense, rent or lease the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Without prejudice to any other rights, ExtBytes Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
DISTRIBUTION

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish and distribute them to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (not the files resulting of an installation). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any free or non-profit packages or products. Computer's Magazines are authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Whilst every care has been taken in the construction and testing of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, it is supplied subject to the condition that the user undertakes to evaluate the suitability of the control for his/her purposes. ExtBytes Software makes no representation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT's suitability for any purpose, and the user agrees that ExtBytes Software has no responsibility for any loss or damage occasioned by the use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND EXTBYTES SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH DESCRIPTION, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXTBYTES SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF EXTBYTES SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, EXTBYTES SOFTWARE CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THIS LICENSE.
